Satisfactory at best

Some features are really well done while others seem half baked. A mixed bag. Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though.

A total disaster

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Could not get basic integrations to work properly. Everything was a struggle. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
