Not worth the headache

Could not get the basic setup to work properly. Gave up in the end. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Frustrating experience

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Spent more time troubleshooting than actually using it. That says it all really.

Embarrassingly bad

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

So-so experience overall

The team likes it but we have hit several frustrating limitations. The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Straightforward and capable

Found it easy to navigate and the key features were right where I needed them. The onboarding process was well structured and saved our team a lot of time. Navigation felt intuitive right from the start.
