Just barely passes

Some things work perfectly, others made me scratch my head. Inconsistent experience. The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized.

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. Had higher hopes based on the marketing. Reality did not quite match the promises.

The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. The concept is good but the execution is awful. Stay away until they fix the major issues. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

A step up from competitors

Has reduced our manual workload by a lot. Team morale improved. The documentation was clear and easy to follow. Did not need support at all. Navigation felt intuitive right from the start.
