Extremely poor quality

Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all. Waste of time.

A reliable workhorse

The feature set covers our needs with room to grow. Good value proposition all round. Setup wizard guided us through everything. No guesswork involved. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.

Could not get the basic setup to work properly. Gave up in the end.

Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Stay away from this

Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Sad excuse for a product

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this.

Works as advertised

Feature updates have been consistent since we signed up. Keeps getting better. Ticked all the boxes I needed. Simple as that. Navigation felt intuitive right from the start.

So many problems

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Frustration after frustration

Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Gets by, just barely

Feels like a beta product sometimes. But when it works, it works well enough. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
