Worst purchase this year

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience.
