Works but leaves room

Loading times could be better, especially with larger datasets. Manageable though. Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing.

Nothing but problems

Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience. Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating.

User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times.
