Multi user support works perfectly. No conflicts or sync issues. Customer support responded quickly when we had a minor question. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Nothing but errors

Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
