Wish I had read the reviews

Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Awful user experience

Started off okay but went downhill pretty fast. Would not recommend based on my experience. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
