It will do for now

Got what I paid for I guess. Nothing special but nothing terrible either. Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though.

Barely adequate

The team likes it but we have hit several frustrating limitations. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Completely let down

Promises a lot but delivers very little. Would not touch this again. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
