Pretty good overall

Navigation felt intuitive right from the start. Found everything I needed quickly. The documentation was clear and easy to follow. Did not need support at all.

Effective and efficient

The trial period sold me on this one. Been happy ever since. Search functionality actually returns relevant results, which is rare. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.
