Had moments where I wanted to give up but pushed through. It is okay I suppose. The first week was rough but it has been okay since. Still on the fence about recommending it.

Consistent performance so far

Customer support got back to us within minutes. Refreshing change. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Embarrassingly bad

Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all. Waste of time. Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
