Regret everything about this

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Has some good moments

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
