Extremely let down

Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

A step up from competitors

Setup was genuinely easy. Had it configured in under half an hour. Gets regular updates that actually improve things. Nice to see. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.
