Terrible experience

Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign.

Adequate for what I needed

I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It is fine, just not exceptional. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
