Nothing special but fine

Some things work perfectly, others made me scratch my head. Inconsistent experience. The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Not coming back

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
