Has strengths and weaknesses

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Offensively poor quality

Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
