A nightmare to use

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

False promises galore

I rarely leave bad reviews but this one deserves it. Too many problems to count. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
