Unacceptable all round

The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty. Some features are really well done while others seem half baked. A mixed bag. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
