Passable but not great

Feels like a beta product sometimes. But when it works, it works well enough. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Laughably bad

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
