Review management works but the automation could be smarter. Decent starting point. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive overall. Some features work well but others still need refinement.

Unacceptable quality

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
