Struggled constantly

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Steer clear of this

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Not disappointed, not thrilled

It works but there are some rough edges. Gets the job done though. Took way longer than expected but got there in the end. Mixed feelings. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Would not touch again

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days.
