Utterly disappointing

Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Could not get basic integrations to work properly. Everything was a struggle. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
