Completely frustrated

Absolute nightmare to set up. Nothing worked as documented. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Better options exist

I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Works fine for basic needs but power users will probably get frustrated. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
