Frustrating experience

Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign. The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list.

Does the trick for now

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.

Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed.
