Made my life harder

Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. Not ready for real world use in my opinion. Too many gaps and glitches to work around. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Fair to middling

Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
