Smooth process from start

Permissions and user management were straightforward to configure. The mobile experience is just as good as desktop. Well optimized. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Just terrible

The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

About what I expected

Does the essentials right but the extras feel rushed and unfinished. Took way longer than expected but got there in the end. Mixed feelings. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Could not make it work

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly.
