Really frustrating

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Could not get it to work properly

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Setup documentation was outdated and led me down wrong paths repeatedly.
