Glad I did not pay full price

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

A few too many hiccups for my liking. But I have definitely seen worse. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
