Appalling experience

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Struggled with basic features

Really disappointed given what I paid for this. Expected much better for the price. Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty. I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It is fine, just not exceptional. Some features work well but others still need refinement.
