Many issues to fix

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Not coming back

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Mixed results so far

Passable but not great

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. The first week was rough but it has been okay since. Still on the fence about recommending it. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
