Should have done more research

Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Not what I hoped for

Really disappointed given what I paid for this. Expected much better for the price. The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
