False promises galore

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Extremely let down

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days.
