Gets by, just barely

Some integrations work well, others feel bolted on. Hit or miss in that area. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.

Hands down the worst

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
