Laughably bad

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Pretty happy with this

Migration from our old system was smoother than I feared it would be. I was skeptical at first but it won me over quickly. Would use again without hesitation. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.
