A total disaster

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Happy with the results

Did not run into any major issues during setup or daily use. That is a win in my book. Setup wizard guided us through everything. No guesswork involved. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this.
