Survivable experience

Search functionality actually returns relevant results, which is rare. Setup was genuinely easy. Had it configured in under half an hour. Overall a solid experience, everything worked as expected.

A total letdown

Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all. Waste of time. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
