Many issues to fix

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Everything we needed was available right away. No hidden surprises. The reporting export options are comprehensive. Covers all bases. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

What a nightmare

Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.
