Does the job without fuss

Customer support responded quickly when we had a minor question. Setup was faster than I expected for something like this. The dashboard is clean and I found everything quickly.

Does the basics well enough

I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Permissions setup was confusing at first. Figured it out eventually but took time.

Needs more development

Had moments where I wanted to give up but pushed through. It is okay I suppose. The dashboard looks nice but some features are buried in menus. Could be better organized.
