Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Unacceptable quality

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Loading times were painfully slow. Made the whole experience frustrating. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.
