Functional but not polished

Some integrations work well, others feel bolted on. Hit or miss in that area. Review management works but the automation could be smarter. Decent starting point.

A nightmare to use

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all.

Navigation was confusing and kept getting lost in the menus. Poor user experience. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.
