Many issues to fix

Completely inadequate

Lost trust in this product after multiple failures in a row. Had to contact support multiple times in the first week. That is never a good sign.

About what I expected

Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive overall. Works for the basics but advanced functionality has room to grow.
