Unacceptable all round

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. Support could not resolve the issues we faced. Useless. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.
