Offensively poor quality

Frustrated with how many things went wrong. Should have gone with a different option. Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Worst experience ever

Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Absolutely not worth it

The documentation was outdated and the UI was confusing. A recipe for frustration. Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers.

Barely functional

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. Too many issues to ignore unfortunately. Really wanted this to work but it just did not. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.
