Completely broken

Support took days to respond and then did not help at all. Feeling pretty let down. Could not make it work no matter what I tried. Wasted a whole day on this. The interface was confusing and hard to navigate.

Gave up eventually

Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days. Kept running into the same bugs over and over. Clearly not ready for customers. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.
