The interface works but has room for better organization. Functional but not pretty.

Gets by, just barely

Navigation is okay but not as smooth as I would like. Gets the job done though. Reporting is functional but could be more visual. The data is there at least. Order management works but some features are clunky.

Could not get it to work properly

Basic features were buggy and support was not helpful. A disappointing experience. The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. The system could not handle our order volume properly.

Does the minimum

I wanted to like it more than I actually did. It is fine, just not exceptional. Some parts are great, others feel unfinished. An average experience overall. Integration with our store had a few hiccups.
