Completely inadequate

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Could not get past the initial setup without running into problems. Gave up after a few days.

The idea is solid but the execution has gaps. Would be great with some fixes. Had higher hopes based on the marketing. Reality did not quite match the promises. Integration with our store had a few hiccups.

Room for improvement
