Does the basics well but advanced features need polish. Not bad, not amazing. Integration with our store had a few hiccups.

The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices. The system could not handle our order volume properly.

Acceptable but uninspiring

I can see the potential but it is not quite there yet. Maybe after a few updates. Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable. Integration with our store had a few hiccups.

Clean interface, smooth setup

The documentation was clear and easy to follow. Did not need support at all. Feature set matches the marketing claims. That is rare these days.

Took longer to set up than I expected. Once running it worked okay though. Order management works but some features are clunky.
