Major flaws throughout

The dashboard kept timing out during peak hours. Almost unusable at times. Review invitations were unreliable and missed many customers. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.

Horrible experience

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. User management was a nightmare to configure. Nothing worked as documented. Support could not resolve the issues we faced.

Shockingly bad

Nothing worked the way it was supposed to. Complete letdown from start to finish. Documentation was outdated and not helpful at all. Waste of time. Could not get the basic setup to work properly.
