The product is not ready for prime time. Too many bugs to list. Had to restart the setup process twice due to errors. Poor quality control.

Completely inadequate

The interface looks dated and clunky compared to competitors. Needs a redesign badly. Not ready for real world use in my opinion. Too many gaps and glitches to work around.

Absolutely not worth it

Reputation tools were too basic for what we actually needed. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab.
