The interface was confusing and hard to navigate. Poor design choices.

Not what I hoped for

Reporting tools crashed multiple times losing my work. Could not rely on them. Basic features were locked behind higher pricing tiers. Felt like a money grab.

Does the basics well enough

Setup took longer than expected given the promises. Once configured it is stable. The interface is okay but could be more intuitive.
